Refund & Cancellation Policy – GRAHORA

At GRAHORA (a unit of Grahora Living Co.), cancellation and refund policies vary based on the type of service booked, including Stay (Room Booking), Dining, and Events. Guests are advised to review the applicable terms carefully before confirming any booking.

  1. Stay (Room Booking) – Cancellation Policy

Standard Room Bookings

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in
  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in
  • No-show: Full booking amount will be charged

Promotional / Discounted Bookings

  • All promotional, discounted, or special package bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Flexible / Short Stay Bookings

  • All hourly / short-duration bookings are non-refundable
  • Valid only for the selected time slot
  1. Dining Orders – Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation within 5 minutes of placing the order → No charge
  • Cancellation before preparation begins → 20% cancellation charge
  • After preparation or dispatch → No cancellation / No refund
  1. Event & Celebration Bookings – Cancellation Policy
  • Advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Any expenses incurred for event preparation (vendors, materials, staffing, arrangements) will be borne by the client
  • Additional charges may apply for cancellations close to the event date based on:
    • Work already completed
    • Resources allocated
    • Business impact
  • Third-party vendor services (decorators, DJs, etc.) are subject to their own cancellation policies, and any charges must be borne by the client
  1. Refund Policy
  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
  • Grahora reserves the right to deny refunds in case of:
    • Policy violations
    • Misuse of services
    • Fraudulent transactions
  1. Important Notes
  • Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the above conditions
  • Service delays, operational constraints, or external factors shall not be considered valid grounds for refund
  • Grahora reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
